This Ethiopian Raro comes from the Raro Boda washing station, where cherries are sourced from local smallholder farmers. The altitude and cool climate slow cherry maturation, allowing more sugars and flavours to develop, resulting in exceptional clarity, sweetness, and vibrant character in the cup.
