About
Gara Agena washing staion, located near the Geta River in Sidama’s Bura district, produces small “Special Prep” lots sourced from select farmers.
Cherries are carefully sorted, about 90% perfectly ripe, with small allowances for semi-ripe and overripe fruit and processed separately. These lots are produced in very limited quantities each year.
