About

This rare single-farm Rwandan micro-lot comes from Philippe Sinoyobye, who produces around 6,000kg of cherry each year. His coffee is processed at the nearby Maraba Kabuye Washing Station, known for its Cup of Excellence accolades. Cherries are hand-picked and carefully processed before drying on raised beds for about two weeks.
