Mokka is an ancient coffee variety originating from Yemen, named after the port city of Mocha. It is a natural mutation of the Bourbon or Typica varietals and is known for producing small, low-yielding, and intensely flavorful beans with a unique and complex profile that can include bright, fruity, and floral notes.
