About

A collaboration lot between producer Julio Madrid and processor Andres Quinceno, featuring coffee from Finca Milan in Risaralda, Colombia. The cherries underwent a 36-hour fermentation in a temperature-controlled bioreactor with fermented fruit and a custom starter culture.
