Cesar and his family run La Esmeralda, where they focus on producing exceptional coffee. This lot is 100% Chiroso, a variety with genetic links to Ethiopian landrace coffees, known for its vibrant and complex cup profile. 

The cherries underwent a 45-hour aerobic fermentation, enhancing sweetness, fruit intensity, and depth of flavour.
