Our go-to recipe (1 person):

1. Add 15g of medium–coarse ground coffee to the filter (we recommend bleached filters to skip pre-rinsing).
2. Pour in 250g of water at 93°C all at once.
3. Steep for 2 minutes.
4. Place the dripper on your cup and let it drain.
   That’s it – a café-quality coffee in minutes.

Our go-to recipe (2 people):

1. Double it! Use 30g of coffee and 500g of water at 93°C for two perfectly balanced cups. No need to adjust your grind setting.
